Pioneer is pleased to announce continued development in Kingsport, TN with the Eastman HQ Bridge. We are teaming up with The Tennessee Department of Transportation for this project. The bridge is new construction and is being built on the west side of the New Eastman Headquarter Building across the 5-lanes of Wilcox Drive into the current parking lot (possible future expansion). This project includes approximately 22,750 sf. of Pioneer’s high performance unitized curtain wall, shadow boxes, aluminum composite panels and column covers.
