Pioneer Cladding & Glazing Systems began in 1999 by Tom Heinold and Tim Hoh. Their experience, leadership, hard work, and passion for the industry has made Pioneer what it is today. In 2018, Pioneer become an ESOP. Tom and Tim demonstrated their values, belief, and commitment in Pioneer’s leadership and culture and the company’s future impact in the trade industry by choosing to transition the full ownership of the company to the employees through the ESOP program.
