VP of Field & Manufacturing Operations
As VP of Field & Manufacturing Operations, Fred oversees field and shop operations in Cincinnati, Baltimore, and Cleveland. Fred has worked in the glass and glazing industry since 1998. His role as a member of the Executive leadership team is instrumental in shaping the strategic vision and direction of the organization.
Fred and his wife have five children, two great-nephews, and one dog. Fred and his wife lost their oldest son to SIDS in 1997, which has made spending time with his family a central focus for Fred. Fred and his family are involved in fundraising to raise awareness for the SIDS network, local school scholarships, and local youth organizations. Fred enjoys the dirt track, camping, and watching his children play sports in his spare time.
