Director of Engineering
As Director of Engineering, Kip supports the front-end initiatives in the Design Assist and R&D processes. He is also responsible for the growth and development of Pioneer’s impressive design and engineering teams in Cincinnati, Baltimore, Kokomo, Johnson City, and Cleveland. Kip has been in the glass and glazing industry, designing and engineering custom curtain wall, metal panel, and exterior façade systems since 2014. He received his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in General Business at The Ohio State University. He interacts with architects, owners, contractors, and project teams to achieve their unique design vision, budget, and schedule.
Kip and his wife enjoy exploring new breweries and restaurants, as well as spending time with friends and their stubborn French Bulldog. In his spare time, Kip and his wife frequently attend trivia nights, festivals, and often host games nights.
