Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Trisha leverages her extensive knowledge to lead Pioneer’s Accounting, Finance, and Risk disciplines. She began her career at Deloitte in 2003 and shifted her focus to the construction industry in 2010. Trisha believes in empowering teams, fostering a culture of transparency, and ensuring that every financial decision is rooted in data and long-term vision. Trisha holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA in accounting from Ohio University.
Trisha and her husband have two children. When they aren’t on the soccer field, they enjoy traveling, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out on Norris Lake whenever time permits.
