As Chief Executive Officer, Paul oversees a talented executive team and the overall business operations from Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Administration. He has been working in the industry since 1998. Paul focuses on leading the strategy for Pioneer, ensuring the right people are meeting their core objectives and the proper partnerships are in place for continual growth of the company. Paul’s extensive experience across all facets of the industry is what sets him apart as a highly valued leader at Pioneer.
Paul and his wife have a daughter in college at The Ohio State University and a son in high school. In his spare time, you can find Paul and his wife hosting events at their home for friends and family. Paul enjoys watching and playing sports, traveling, working in the garden, and being active. Paul serves on the Board of Directors for Allied Construction Industries and is a member of Vistage.
