Mason General Manager
As General Manager of Mason’s office, Damon Parker keeps things running smoothly day to day while leading the Project Management team and helping shape the design, budgeting, and scheduling of new projects.
Damon has been part of the glass and glazing industry since 1987, bringing decades of experience and a genuine passion for building strong teams and delivering great results. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from California State University, San Bernardino, and combines that business foundation with a deep understanding of operations, design, and project execution to keep Mason moving forward.
Outside of work, Damon enjoys spending time with friends and family and staying active through fitness and outdoor adventures—especially archery, cycling, and hiking.
