Responsibilities: Leads company-wide field operations, oversees the safety program, and ensures quality of field installation.

Jeff Kelly

Chief Financial Officer

Experience: 24 years of financial leadership in the construction industry.  Joined the Pioneer team in 2020.
Responsibilities: Leads all aspects of Pioneer’s finance function including financial analysis, forecasting, risk management, internal controls and regulatory compliance.

Paul Robinson

Operations Manager – Cincinnati

Experience: 22 years in the glass and glazing industry providing project and field leadership.
Responsibilities: Oversees the Cincinnati, Kokomo and Johnson City offices for both Project Management and Engineering.

Kip Larison

Lead Engineering Resource Specialist

Experience: 6 years in the glass and glazing industry designing and engineering custom curtain wall, metal panel, and exterior façade systems.
Responsibilities: Leads front end design efforts interacting with architects, owners, contractors, and project teams.

Coleman Jones

Director of Business Development

Experience: 13 years in the construction industry including roles in management, project management, and sales.
Responsibilities: Leads sales, marketing, and business development efforts focused on new and current customers and opportunities.

Operations Manager – Baltimore

Experience: 35 years in the glass and glazing industry providing project and field operations leadership.
Responsibilities: Leads the Baltimore project management and field operations team.

Human Resources Director

Experience:  Over 30 years’ experience in organizational and operational areas of Human Resources.  Joined the Pioneer Team in 2010.
Responsibilities:  Oversees the HR function.  Leads the development and implementation of strategic “people” initiatives to attract and retain the best talent.
