Director of Finance
As Director of Finance, Olivia oversees the financial reporting process and supports operations, enabling informed decision-making. She began her career in Deloitte’s Audit function before transitioning to the private sector in 2017, where she joined Pioneer. Throughout her tenure, Olivia played a critical role in leading and supporting numerous cultural and operational initiatives at Pioneer, including the transition to an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) in 2018. She holds a bachelor of science degree in Accounting from Miami University and is an actively licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Olivia and her husband have two children. In her free time, when she’s not with her family or working on home improvement projects, Olivia enjoys exploring new restaurants around Cincinnati with her friends.
