Chief Operations Officer
As Chief Operations Officer, Alan oversees all aspects of operations and project execution at Pioneer, providing strategic leadership to ensure efficient processes, exceptional project delivery, and continued organizational growth. With more than 20 years of industry experience, he brings a proven track record of operational excellence, business growth, and leadership.
Alan began his career with Enclos Corp as a Project Coordinator before advancing into leadership roles with Harmon and Pioneer as an Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager. In 2015, he joined the early stages of Vetro Building Envelope, helping build the company while managing design-assist and initial projects before ultimately serving as Chief Operating Officer. Throughout his career, he has overseen projects ranging from $2 million to $28 million across a wide variety of systems, gaining extensive expertise in collaborative project delivery and comprehensive design and construction management.
Alan returned to Pioneer in November 2025, bringing a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership experience that positions the company for continued success as it builds on its strong pipeline and expanding opportunities.
Alan is a dedicated family man and enjoys spending time with his daughter and son. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, fishing, landscaping, and values making time for both personal interests and family life.
